National Gender Equality Machiner

National gender equality machinery – a system of interconnected public institutions whose mandates and activities are directed toward developing and implementing gender-equality strategies and translating the principles of gender democracy into institutional and social practice.

Such machinery may include governmental bodies, coordinating institutions, monitoring mechanisms, and other public structures responsible for integrating gender equality into policymaking and public administration.
