Gender Inequality
Gender іnequality – unequal rights, opportunities, conditions, and social positions of women and men that create systems of limitation or privilege on the basis of sex and/or gender.
Gender inequality may include not only the unequal legal status of women and men, but also unequal conditions for the realization of formally equal rights. It is manifested in unequal access to resources, power, education, employment, political participation, bodily autonomy, social recognition, and protection from violence and discrimination.
