Gender Approach
Gender Approach – a feature of political, economic, and any other form of culture that consists in taking into account the interests of the social groups of society differentiated by sex and/or gender.
The essence of the gender approach lies in the awareness that social phenomena affect women and men differently and provoke different responses from them.
