Sexuality
Sexuality – the totality of a person’s biological, psychophysiological, psychological, and emotional responses, experiences, and actions associated with the expression and fulfilment of sexual desire.
In one model of human sexuality, its principal components include biological sex, gender identity, gender role, sexual orientation, and sexual identity.
Sexuality is not limited to sexual behavior or the satisfaction of sexual desire. It also encompasses attraction, intimacy, self-understanding, relationships, forms of sexual expression, and the social and cultural meanings associated with them.
