State Guarantee of Equal Rights for Women and Men
State guarantee of equal rights for women and men – the strategic and practical activity of public authorities aimed at creating conditions in all spheres of social life in which women and men are equal before the law and have equal opportunities to exercise their agency, organize collectively, and pursue their needs and interests independently and on equal terms.
The state promotes gender equality through the development and implementation of gender-equality policies and the establishment of institutional mechanisms responsible for their coordination, implementation, monitoring, and enforcement.
